Tasting Notes:

Golden straw in color with a shiny chartreuse edge, the aromas open with appealing mix of ripe white peaches, and wet rock minerality laced with hints of lemon zest, flint and soft anise. Delicate on the palate with a light creamy core, layers of pears, white peaches and freshly baked biscotti flavors compete on the flinty and mineral finish. A complete and long-lasting wine, fresh and multi-layered, this is a classic example that every chardonnay lover will truly enjoy.     Winemaker's Notes

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of lemon tea, lavender and chamomile. Medium-bodied and delicate, but with structure and length. Nuanced mineral character adds dimension to the citrus fruit.     James Suckling

This is a tighter, leaner vintage than 2018 for this Elton Chardonnay, but it remains a complex wine with varied fruit flavors. A mix of citrus, apple skin and green pineapple showcases a more herbal, tart side of the grape.
